There is no reason a pizza should take over an hour to get. This is absolutely ridiculous!! Don’t waste your time! The food isn’t worth it!!

Ordered online. As usual understaffed with no communication as to why I was standing there 30 minutes past when it was to be ready. Was waiting on wings that were already done but just needed to be sauced.

Waited literally over two hours (ordered at 6:09pm online, walked out with final order at 8:25pm). Wanted to just pickup at the portal but for some reason it said go to the counter. First off we were told our two pizzas got burned, so waited and waited for a remake. (While we were there we heard them tell two other customers that their pizzas got burned.) They handed us our pizzas, we get home, and they were hard as a rock. They had obviously sat out for HOURS. Honestly they were probably the very first ones from our order, they just misplaced them and they sat and dried out lol. So we drive all the way back and ask for replacements.. they were out of sauce and had to make more, so waited some more.. Finally got our correct and hot pizzas, two hours later. I would not recommend this place until they get things sorted out. No clue who is supposed to run this place but wow is it terrible right now.

Never hot and ready! Be prepared to wait 30 minutes or longer. If you try and ask about how much longer the wait is, you either get ignored or rude snarky response.I’ve banned this place from my doordash because of this. I will never pick up from here or eat from here.

The employees are rude and need to learn how to have better customer service. If you don't like your job simply find a new one instead of taking your attitude out on a customer who asked a simple question.

Guy told me he didn't have break sticks then as I get in my truck to leave a guy walks out with break sticks( he didn't offer to cook any just offered me cheses sticks when I repeated and said break sticks he just looked at me with a blank dumb looking face so I walked out)

Decent enough to good pizza at a fairly affordable price comparatively. The best deal is the pepperoni, everything else is good but overpriced for what it is.Wait is unreasonably long, orders are not processed in a timely manner with, from observation, delivery services get priority.

Ordered a half and half pizza but got more like a 70/30 pizza. The wait time was almost an hour even though I ordered ahead. They forgot the 2 sauce cups and when I approached the counter to ask for it I wasnt even acknowledged by the kid at the register until I said excuse me once again and then he finally snapped back 'yea just a second'. The bell peppers werent cut up very well and it was very sloppy, the food and the service.

Food was ok not as good as usual which is average but quick and cheap so what more can you expect. My disappointment is with their new to me needed pin number to get food from day locker. We weren't aware of this policy and were denied assistance thankfully we check for an email on phone and got it. I wasn't aware that their food orders were in need of securing like ones social security number. Maybe if there were a large alert on the web site to be aware of this change no matter how long it has been in practice because not all of us visit this average restaurant on a weekly basis or a little in house assistance and understanding.

Why advertise hot and readies when you never have them? Order an EMB at 7:09 and was told 10-15 minutes, at 7:49 my pizza was handed unapologetically to me. Woman before me had waited 45 minutes and recieved her pizza with apologies and offered free drink or bread sticks, as well as having an employee hold the door for her and apologize again. Very poor service and double standards towards guests.

Horrible management. Horrible staff. No organization. No effective management or team leaders. Always cramped full of unhappy customers waiting and complaining. After your posted pick up time it's not uncommon to wait up to three hours after.
