Waited literally over two hours (ordered at 6:09pm online, walked out with final order at 8:25pm). Wanted to just pickup at the portal but for some reason it said go to the counter. First off we were told our two pizzas got burned, so waited and waited for a remake. (While we were there we heard them tell two other customers that their pizzas got burned.) Never hot and ready! Be prepared to wait 30 minutes or longer. If you try and ask about how much longer the wait is, you either get ignored or rude snarky response.I’ve banned this place from my doordash because of this. I will never pick up from here or eat from here.
