I would like to make a complaint about the service I received at the Klamath Falls Little Caesars this evening. I placed my order through the little Caesars app at 6:58pm. I received a notification that my order would be ready at 7:39pm. I went to the location and there were several people in line who had been waiting over an hour for their orders. The manager was rude and snotty and absolutely disrespectful. I got food that had to have been cooked like early this morning because it was like eating cold cardboard. And I asked just for them to remake to make it right it I wanted my money back and they flat out called me a liar and that I was out of luck.
The two guys that worked night crew tonight were just completely rude to customers and did not care sat there for almost 30 minutes just for 2 pizzas
