I absolutely love the burgers and sandwiches here. However, I’ve tried this place many times now and every time the fries are raw. I realize after reading that they are air frying them and then finishing them on the flat top. For this to be successful, they need to learn to blanch or precook, then refrigerate, and recook them to order. Or air fry them until they are brown and crispy, even if it takes 30 minutes. No one wants to eat raw potatoes and it can make people sick. If they can figure out how to cook their fries, I’d give them five stars.Edit to add in response to Mystic Grill’s reply:Ready made potatoes from the store are RAW. Your fries are raw and if you don’t want to admit it, be ready for more bad reviews. Also “Consuming lectins and solanine [found in raw potatoes] can cause headaches, nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting.” According to WedMD. SO, YES, RAW POTATOES MAKE PEOPLE SICK!

I really wanted to love this place, because I love burgers. Unfortunately, it fell short today. We ordered two burgers, two fries, and two shakes for $38. While the flavors were pretty good, I would not say it was worth the amount we paid. The burgers were quite small for the price. The fries were soggy potatoes with seasoning on them, and didn't look anything like some of the pictures that have been posted. The milkshakes had good flavors, but it is advertised as 16oz., when what you are given is a 12oz cup. We also waited 30 minutes for the order when we were the only customers. The best part of the whole experience was the guy who took our order and prepared our food was so nice, and had great energy.
