I absolutely love the burgers and sandwiches here. However, I’ve tried this place many times now and every time the fries are raw. I realize after reading that they are air frying them and then finishing them on the flat top. For this to be successful, they need to learn to blanch or precook, then refrigerate, and recook them to order. Or air fry them until they are brown and crispy, even if it takes 30 minutes. I really wanted to love this place, because I love burgers. Unfortunately, it fell short today. We ordered two burgers, two fries, and two shakes for $38. While the flavors were pretty good, I would not say it was worth the amount we paid. The burgers were quite small for the price. The fries were soggy potatoes with seasoning on them, and didn't look anything like some of the pictures that have been posted.
