This has to be the most convenient stop right next to the off/on ramp. I got a $10 off $20 mobile order coupon, so I decided to give DQ a go. I made the order from the parking lot and went inside and let them know I made a mobile order and was already there. They brought out our ice cream items right away and our food came out within minutes. The tables were clean and the bathrooms too. It was just an unexpected pleasant experience worthy of a review! We ordered the 1/3 lb double stack cheeseburgers and my husband was quick to point out how filling they were as well as very tasty. This tops In & Out for us. The kids meal comes with the ice cream cone, an unbelievable value. This whole experience was just the cherry on top of our long road trip home, They have high chair, booster seats, and changing table for parents of babies out there. The staff were so friendly too! 10/10 recommend!

We ordered through drive through, there food was not fresh it must have been sitting out for a while the fry’s were soggy the food portion was horrible I definitely didn’t get my moneys worth and they had forgot my drink. Poor customer service.

I used to go here all the time until tonight when a softball teams bus was parked in the drive through blocking anyone else from going in and they were walking through the drive through for the entire hour before closing. The lobby was closed for a reason.

Unfortunately if you don't go during rush hours, when they have no choice but to make fresh food, then you're given old food and if you ask for it to be made fresh you're offered food from the same cook batch you just rejected and told it was "just freshly made" despite the fact that it will still be cold and brown. They'll give you a refund when you refuse to accept the old food though and if you do manage to get fresh food it is tasty. For the record this has happened to me at this establishment every single time I've gone any other time then 12pm-1pm and 5pm-6pm for the last year straight. And only once outside those times was my food actually freshly remade when requested. If its not rush hour, pick a different place 🤷♀️

The girl at the window actually was using the spoon at the window with no gloves mixing my blizzard that is no where near full and then she licked her hand and handed me the blizzard. I paid extra for extra toppings and get this. Ever since they re-opened after Covid it's been a joke. The food is always cold or stale. *Disclaimer the manager on duty tonight a young man did give me a free blizzard after I called. So I wanted to say thank you for that. But the regional manager or owner needs to come in and train the rest of the workers on how to do their job and be courteous to their customers. I mean you can see all the bad reviews for this place in the last year. Do better Dairy Queen!!!!!

The owners should be ashamed, Id hide my face in public if I owned this place. It is hands down the worst place to eat in la grande and is becoming one of the towns biggest mockery’s. Go to the McDonalds or Wendys next to it.
