Ordered a pizza and parm bites. They told me it would be ready in 25 minutes, I waited 30 min. And then the associate wouldn't even make eye contact. And my pizza was sitting on the shelf for an additional 15 minutes before someone helped me. Very disappointed with the customer service

I’ve been avoiding the Dominos where I live because it’s horrible and the customer service isn’t very good but I decided to give this one a chance. This is the best Dominos i’ve ever had. We ordered online and it was ready before the app said it would be. We walked in and were greeted very kindly and the food was very hot and fresh. We got two pizzas, garlic parm bites and cinnamon twists and all of it was great. Recommend this Domino’s 100%

Not sure if the top element in their oven is out but even after waiting one to two months in between ordering, 3 maybe 4 times or more now and still the top is raw! Tired of having to cook and cut my pizzas every time my husband tries to make it an easy night for us.

Can’t wait till Pizza Hut is back! Will never order again. I said that back in November then tried it again tonight and for the amount I pay, I don’t even get the correct order! Call, they try to give me free sides, I say I’m not looking for free, just the right pizza. Was told, “I’ll send it back ASAP.” Called 30 min. Later was told, “oh I thought you didn’t want anything free.” I was not happy, my husband wanted to try their stuffed crust so then he called same person (manager) that I delt with says, “there was just a miscommunication”. No thank you, never again!
Used to be one of my favorites, but lately has just been terrible with service AND food. This time, I ordered through the app. I showed up after the app said it was done, and it was sitting there waiting. Order done. But the girl folding pizza boxes would NOT get it for me; just told me someone would help me in a minute. I had to wait a few more minutes for a delivery driver to come up and help me. Absolutely ridiculous lol it was ONE PIZZA. Then when I get it, it's half air pockets(those aren't sausage). I also deliberately ordered no seasoning on the crust, which they ignored. So I'm glad only SOME of us can eat the pizza. I'd rather wait for a good pizza than have to wait for this disappointment.

Their customer service has been much better over the last few months. We had several bad experiences last year, but they changed some staff I believe . Assistant Manager Tylee is a great asset to the crew!

Almost half the time we order pizza we wind up with either the wrong pizza or it's under cooked or something. And now on top of it they're regular crust is like thin crust now. I now they passed a bill so places could either make they're product smaller for the same price, or stay the size they were but raise the price. However that bill says that they could do one or the other but they couldn't make things smaller and raise the price. But they did and so have others. I'm thinking about contacting the better business bureau. This is bullshit and wrong.
