"It's ready, just waiting for the driver to get back and it will be sent to you." 30 minutes later I get the 2 pizzas, 2 salads and the drink, but no specialty chicken. So I call again. "He should be back here in 5 minutes and we'll send him back with your chicken". 30 minutes later, I'm still waiting for my specialty chicken. š” I understand when it's busy, but this is ridiculous!!!! FINALLY 2 hours and 40 minutes AFTER I ordered, I finally get the lukewarm (not hot- like they said it would be) specialty chicken!? And all I get when I originally called the store for the chicken, was, "well we're sorry". You guys can do so much better. I know you can, because you have. Only recently, it's been bad. Very bad Do better!

Absolutely the worst delivery experience Iāve ever had. We ordered five pizzas from this Dominoās, expecting the usual 20ā30-minute wait since the store is just an 8-minute drive from our place. But instead, we were left waiting for an unbelievable hour and a half! For such a simple order, thereās just no excuse for this kind of delay, especially when there are other options nearby that could easily deliver in half the time.
When the food finally arrived, it was barely warm. I could tell the pizzas had been sitting for a while before they left the store, which made the long wait feel even more pointless. The cheese had congealed, and the toppings looked sad and dry. If I wanted room-temperature pizza, I could have just reheated leftovers at home. Thereās nothing worse than waiting this long and receiving food that clearly wasnāt even fresh when it left the store.
We called the store twice to check on our order, and the staff didnāt seem to care at all. They barely offered an apology and just told us the driver was āon the way.ā This kind of dismissive attitude is unacceptable. We ordered from a major chain expecting reliability, but this location failed completely in both service and food quality. I definitely wonāt be ordering from this Dominoās again.

Trying to get pizza from here is a disaster. I called and ordered at 4:57pm. Dominoes said it would be 30 minutes. When I got there 45 minutes later, the unwelcoming woman (who is apparently āin chargeā) nonchalantly said they didnāt have my order. I told them I had paid for it over the phone. Once I gave them my phone number they found the order and said they would start making it. Understandable. However, I waited almost an hour for them to make the 2 pizzas. I didnāt leave their parking lot until 6:40pm. Half way back to my campsite I realized they gave me the wrong pizzas! One of the pizzas had green peppers which I am allergic to. Total waste of time and money. Very upsetting.

I am not sure what is going on with this local domino's. Been waiting for over 2 hours for my pizza. I keep getting told it will be there soon or just a little longer. When asked why I got told it was the board mess up from one kid. Then the manger says 1 thing then finally gets the truth that they lost an item on my order so they had to re make it. Got told they will have my food out to me in ANOTHER 30 mins and refund my food. So I said since they are refunding my order I don't want the parm bites then asked how much long got told yet another 30 mins with or without my parm bits. Are you kidding me. I tried really hard not to yell or cuss or anything I understand how stressful it can be on that end. But I took 2 seconds to call the customer to let them know. Just saying if I knew of other pizza places that delivered who knows if I be back

I haven't liked Domino's in the past but recently it has been very good! Nicely cooked, good toppings, good cheese, good sauce, and great crust. Everything you need! Love it!
I called my order in at 5:42 they said it would be 41 minutes. I went into the store 625 I never got my order until 714. I'll never order anything from la grande domino's again.
Sorry to say but we ordered on line and your on line ordering is very difficult probably won't order that way again.

Decent pizza. But the staff is horribly trained. There are a lot of them, working like worker bees, but the loose orders, don't bring stuff to your car when it says they will, estimated wait time are constantly underestimated, and management seems that the could not care less. Very frustrating place to go for food.

Online ordering works well but sometimes just stopping by and placing an order happens. In both instances the service is fast and very sufficient for what I'm looking for. Gotta try it, you'll love it!

Very rude and person on the other end of the phone did not know anything about prices, products, sizes, and did not have the new pizza. Train better. Teach the products. Bad sauce, burnt pizza, very sloppy made, and knows nothing about the corn meal garlic that's on the bottom of the pizza. Will never return!!!!
