This has been my go to drink place since I've been in highschool, but recently there's been little black specks, bugs and other debri in the actual ice. I've complained, but nothing seems to be changing, I'm to grossed out to go back at this point.

Went through on my way home from the pendleton water park. My 3.5 year old ordered a hot cocoa with Carmel, whipped topping and sprinkles. I wasn't particularly paying attention to how the drinks were being made but the barista Natalie went to go give me my kiddos drink and realized she missed the Carmel in my daughter's drink and went back and fixed that. I appreciate her honesty especially since my kiddo probably wouldn't have noticed or complained.

Always love finding a Dutch Bros when on the road. Charlotte was personable and professional and a supreme example of baristadom by which all other baristas should be judged.
The service and drinks are inconsistent and slow. There is one worker who is so rude and disrespectful that I refuse to have any interaction with her. She is snarky, mocks the customers, openly laughs and points at them. It's like having to pay to deal with a bully. She also doesn't listen, gets my drinks wrong every time, and can't put in orders correctly because her unhygienic, grossly long Talons prohibit her actually typing the orders.

The large Anihalator coffee I got was weak and watered down with little taste except cream. The music was so loud I could hardly communicate with the workers.

If Dutch Brothers is promoting young people to work there and to become owners one day, the music played at the LaGrande Dutch Bros - the lyrics were inciting drug use big time... demeaning women's body parts big time. I would take a listen if you're the owner.Smoking dope, yo, and got more blow... did not honor your brand, your employees, your city, or your customers.We love the barristas and your coffee. Can't tolerate the disgusting and influential music being played.
