We're from Boise and have stopped in with our family on every road trip for the past 10+ years. Our kids are grown now and it's become a core memory for our family. Delicious burger, amazing owner and staff and sweet family atmosphere make this place a 10/10!

We stopped by on our 12 hour drive for lunch. The place was busy, yet the staff was quick to greet and take orders. Food was fantastic. I highly recommend the cherry limeade and onion rings.
If I ever find myself in La Grande again I will 100% be stopping here again.

Small Burger Shop but wonderful place in town. I don't know how many people remember that restaurant having newspaper in the windows and how hard the new owners have work to revive this classic spot. The food takes time but totally worth the wait for me personally. A little over 7 dollars for a healthier burger than McDonald's is a great deal. I'm appreciative I get to experience this place after it being closed most my childhood. As for those who think the owner is rude. She is busy and running a business on her own. I don't find her being rude at all. She is juggling a lot more than you as the customer. Be patient and Be kind to her she is doing the best she can.
