they sell 'mature' pastries for a $1.00 than letting them go to waste which is ?, and they have a slip of paper which you can customize your own ? which I always like to do.

Great coffee comes from great beans. Joe’s got it going on. Coleen greeted us newcomers like we were long lost friends. Highly recommend. Joe Beans has a nostalgic and cozy vibe that embraces you like a warm hug when you walk in the door. Coleen takes great pride as she thoughtfully drizzles warm icing over her freshly baked strawberry shortbread, which we will be sampling next time. MY FAVORITE PLACE! Wonderful staff, delicious, fresh, homemade food, great space for studying, meeting people, lunch, coffee with a friend, etc. I eat their sandwiches all the time, and their coffee is De-lish. 10/10!
