Pulled in to drive thru yesterday CLEARLY SAYING EXTRA CRISPY chicken but the incompetent worker gave me EXTRA SPICY so I couldn’t even eat it. I was traveling so I couldn’t go back. KFC has really gone downhill with lazy workers who don’t listen to orders. I was pissed!

I wish I had gotten their names but the two ladies working on 11/13/25 at 6pm. One took my order and the other handed me my food. Both were so kind from the moment I pulled up to when I drove off. It was an absolute joy. In a time when people are being mean and rude to one another for no reason as well as service workers always being treated badly by customers, it was a breath of fresh air to have these ladies serving me. I hope management knows who they are and can acknowledge them accordingly. They deserve it. Thank you for the kindness

My wife went to pick up some tenders for me (had them awhile back and they were fantastic) and probably some chicken for herself. THEY WERE OUT OF CHICKEN! Really? a KFC without chicken! They had the tenders though but they were TERRIBLE! Like they were cooked for lunch, sat under a warmer all afternoon, until it was our misfortune to take them before you had to throw them away. Oh yeah, a 5 piece should contain 5 pieces, not 4. No chicken, can't count, and terrible food-dosen't even rate 1 star

My boyfriend and I stopped in and ordered an 8 piece bucket and 2 sides. Chicken was overcooked and dry. So sad. Will not be back
