Not so great anymore. The last few times we have been there the food has been luke warm even after complaining about last time. Usually don't have enough of what you ordered and want to substitute. Our last visit we finally asked to cancel our order and get our money back. Sorry KFC we used to really like coming there.
KFC has gone downhill so much that I think I'm done with them. Ordered a two piece with coleslaw. The breast was swimming in grease. The drumstick was burnt to a crisp.They're supposed to be chicken specialists. I picked enough meat off to tide me over, but it wasn't good at all.

First thing the place needs a deep cleaning. Food was luke warm, how can chicken strips and Mac & cheese not be served hot? Chicken strips come from the fryer. Very disappointing. Staff was friendly

Like it says: "It was finger licking good ?." I get nostalgic when I remember the buffet, and the BBQ chicken it once had. Also my stepsister worked there when she was in high school.Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: It serves kids meals.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there's handicap tables, and parking.

After we placed our order for chicken- 2 piece and 3 piece- we were asked if we wanted white. I said yes and when the order was rung up the bill was $6.00 more than it should have been. I was informed that white meat was more. There is nothing on the menu to indicate an additional charge for white meat. A BIG OVERSIGHT.

Hadn't eaten at a KFC in a long time mashed potatoes are watered down. Terrible.Menu has shrunk.Prices for what you get isn't worth it.
Only 2 people in the place besides us and they were already eating and they messed up the order my husband ordered spicy he didn't get it I asked for Mac and cheese which I didn't get to start with when I did get it it was tasteless mush. We were just passing through so we won't be
Out of chicken. got our order wrong twice worst KFC I've been to as far as service goes mashed potatoes were mostly gravy looks like they were out of potatoes also wish they could have said something instead of giving us dash of potato with gravy overall poor in every way

Would rate zero if possible. This store completely changed a product with zero advertising for this change and the manager that night (Faith) had zero customer service skills, took no accountability and blamed corporate the entire time. Refused to refund the order and actually started laughing or scoffing at us when we tried to ask for a refund or for them to make people aware a product has changed. Completely ruined our dinner and our night never coming back except to complain to another manager

After Wendys was out of most of their menu and Panda Express sold me gross dried out food on rice and eggs instead of noodles. I finally got some good food for lunch. Thank you KFC!
