This is the kind of place where you'll want to come back again and again. The drinks are great, and the breakfast and lunch options are handmade and hearty. The pastries and other baked goods are to die for. It is truly the best kind of local place. You know things will be good when you hear the staff husting about but still finding time to crack a joke between cracking eggs and making drinks. You'll want to be a regular at the Liberty after the first visit.

Absolutely delicious !! Fresh , Fresh , Fresh ! And the bakery items were all homemade in house . Their Cinnamon Roll was off the charts ! Not like anything I have had before . Everything was farm fresh . I had the “HOT SHOT”. If you like a little spice with your breakfast sandwich .

Had the jamon, beurre baguette two days ago and that was delicious! First time trying it. Would definitely come back. I came with two lady friends and they bothe enjoyed their meals as well

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but the food I got from here was just absolutely awful. It had such a bad flavor. I still tried to pick thru it, which was an absolute mistake. It gave me horrible stomach pain and I started feeling sick just a couple hours after eating it, and I’m still feeling sick several hours later. It’s unfortunate if this was just a one off, but unfortunately it’s definitely a one and done for me.
I can safely say that this is a best sandwich shop in La Grande, even though I’ve never been to this city nor have I been to every sandwicherie here. The quality, freshness, and attention to detail were all so top notch that I can’t possible imagine another place being better. My jambon beurre was delivered to me with a string tied I to a bow around it. Incredible.
