I live here. And have basically no complaints being I know customer service , especially in this area, can be quickly exhausting as you are met with quite a few rude folks. However, I’ve noticed at the first pay window, I’m often sitting there waiting to pay for upwards of 10 minutes with no cars in front of me. The employee is there, usually with their back to me or they are doing an awkward side eye. Not taking additional orders. Just hanging out. I’m curious on why you hold at the pay window. I left last time after 15 minutes cause I was on lunch and didn’t have time. But just genuinely curious. Otherwise, usual McDonald’s experience. Never had an other issues.

I learned today that this location is charging a drink upcharge for Unsweetened Iced Tea. My meal came with a medium-size drink and changing to iced tea (just the drink, not the size) results in a $0.30 charge. What's up with that? The food is what it is expected - not supposed to be upscale and at least it was hot.

we had two orders and were told we had to go through the drive through twice even though there was not a soul in the line. so we had to pull into traffic for no reason to waste time. guess who was next in line? us 😭😭THEN we didnt get.our sauce so I wanted to short cut to the window because we were already at the other end parking lot again. but the little boy just looked at me clueless and I had to walk in to get my sauce. like darn the food was cold after all that lol. ive worked at mcdonalds for like longer than I would've liked to amd that was the silliest experience ive ever had. its so frustrating im still laughing about it lol
