I live here. And have basically no complaints being I know customer service , especially in this area, can be quickly exhausting as you are met with quite a few rude folks. However, I’ve noticed at the first pay window, I’m often sitting there waiting to pay for upwards of 10 minutes with no cars in front of me. Our small town McDonalds is the best! The employees are always friendly and easy to deal with. The food is consistently good and the restaurant is always clean. Thank you McDonald's team for doing a great job!
Although it sometimes takes a while to get your food, it's always hot and fresh. I usually use the self kiosk and it works pretty well so I can't really say about the counter service but the workers are friendly. Just expect a little wait time during peak hours
