Called in an order to go. The lady told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I went to pick it up they never even put in the order. This was a quiet afternoon only one other customer in the building. They just blatantly wasted my

Way over priced for portion size. Sandwich was dry and service was not good. Will not be returning.

Wow... Richie's got bad... really bad. I used to love them but lately their food has just gotten bland, awful, smaller, and more expensive. My Philly Cheesesteak tasted like it was cooked alongside seafood... ugh. No surprise the reviews are terrible. They have really destroyed what used to be an awesome place to eat. Even their sauce isn't good like it used to be. All around rubbish

I'm not clear why Google won't allow a 0 star review, but this place qualifies. It's the worst restaurant experience I've had in years. I ordered a meatball sub, it had two meatballs cut into slices for the whole sandwich and absolutely no sauce. I'm actually kind of scared that I'll get food poisoning. the meat was so old, I wasn't clear what I was eating. My girlfriend got an Italian sub, no ham. It came out with ham and on pice of pepperoni....for the whole sandwich. it was supposed to have multiple things on it. we asked where the rest of the ingredients were and they stated that is all they had there and "weren't going to go to the store to get them". What the actual f. It had no sauce on it either and no vegetables except a few onions. this is a stay very far away restaurant. do not eat there

Do NOT eat at this establishment. Cash only, but they don't tell you that until after you order. I ordered the Italian sandwich, requesting no ham. The sandwich is supposed to come with salami, pepperoni, soprasseta, and prosciutto. What I received was mostly chopped up ham pieces with a a few chopped up pepperoni, a few onions, and literally nothing else. When I asked the guy working why my sandwich had only ham and nothing else, he told me it was turkey, and had no explanation as to why everything else was missing. He took the sandwich, brought it back a few minutes later re-wrapped but with nothing added, and told me the turkey was a "substitute" for the salami, because they weren't going to go out and just buy salami. I was never informed that they did not have salami, and he had no explanation for everything else that was missing. Overall, the service was terrible, the server was extremely rude, the food was complete garbage, and I will never go back there again.

Oh my gosh. We went there twice. First time the oven wasn’t working so we thought hey let’s go back. The pizza was very bland, the service was just weird, he didn’t offer cups, they do not have ice, you had to ask for seasonings. I asked for forks, he asked how many, there was zero other families and he couldn’t afford to bring forks for everyone. The fries were freezer burnt. The wings were best part. The large tv wasn’t turned on. The place was clean.

Shame on you, your prices, food quality and customer service is horrendous. What a awful way to use the “New York Richie” name.Bring back the old island city location and burn the new place down.We drove from Salem as I grew up out here and this was a MUST STOP for us on our stay. We threw over half of it out and had to get Taco Bell on the way back to our spot. 5 stars for Taco Bell though.

I hate leaving bad reviews for businesses because I know how hard it is to please the public. But hopefully the owner makes some changes. You can’t charge that kind of money for that kind of quality. Definitely milking the “Richie name and brand”No where near the quality of the the old island city location. I think if you went off reviews in the last 2 years you would find a one star restaurant.Higher priced and sub par quality. CASH ONLY?!? No ice. A frozen totinos pizza is better. The Philly was decent but cost way more and about half the meat of the old place.

Small expensive sandwich. The bread gets 5 stars though!

Hot pork sandwiches, my husband's favorite. They never disappoint. The hot sauce is amazing as well.

The Philly and the Richie Sauce will blow your mind. A little smaller than I remember but still worth every penny. Mine was served piping hot and delicious

The guy on the phone asked if I could please pay in cash. I brought only $100 bill. He then says he can't break a $100. What a waste of time. Looks like cold food it is.

OPEN for business, dine in and carryout. Stopped in for dine-in lunch, to get the legendary PhillyCheesesteak sandwich. Restaurant was clean and baseball game going on the tele. Sadly, no other customers except me during my visit, 12:30 -1:15. Sandwich was fresh and excellent as always, crispy toasted bun, meat and ingredients good, and the fries were great too! Don't forget the hot Richies sauce! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food arrived quickly. Ordered a second sandwich to take home to pendleton, which reheated great!
