Stopped by this Starbucks for the first time today, and was very pleased with my experience! Kait was very helpful in recommending me a drink and making it! Will definitely stop by here more often when I’m in town!

So disappointed, this Starbucks charged me fees on top of our drinks. For a cold drink they added 1.00 on top of the price. The Starbucks down the road does not. I guess I will not be purchasing from this one anymore.

this starbucks isnt as clean and cozy as the one in island city… everytime i had something at this starbucks which is located inside safeway, the tables were never clean…always had crumbs on the tables and worst of all, flies were around 🤦♀️

There's only one person at Safeway Starbucks in the grand that will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need how you wanted because you pay for it now the rest of them including the bigger bossish kind of lady absolutely despise told me I couldn't have the coffee the way I wanted it she told me I couldn't even pay for the cup of what was left over for my daughter she wanted to argue with me and she was really rude and I called her a b**** because that's not how you treat customers and now anytime I see her you know she'll lose a coffee
