Horrible service. We will not be back. We went inside to order. We saw 8-10 cars get service at drive thru. Possibly more...since I used the bathroom. Employees standing around, talking, while we waited, waited, waited. Finally got our drinks, asked about our Cranberry bar we ordered...barista said that's not my job and pointed to the gals standing around. No one apologized for the wait.

The person on the front called me over 30 racial slurs and spilled all the 3 coffees on me and I asked for my money back they said I didn't pay them I paid $60 and I fully remember I gave it to her and she called me the n-word people are mean now

Clean rest rooms, waited almost 10 minutes to order, was second in line, lady in front of me hadn't ordered, priority was to go/ app orders, walked out and went to jacksons next door, spent 99cents on refill. Ahhh the taste of freedom.

Triple espresso and 14 mins later still not served up. Every time you go to this store the service is just the worst I have ever experienced. They did refund my order with no issue and did apologize but if you went through the drive thru you would get your order much quicker. The amount of people waiting inside is just unacceptable. Come on Starbucks sort it out

Their wraps are filled generously and taste incredibly fresh.

The server lady was very rude and disrespectful. We asked for light ice in one of our drinks and they gave us full ice no drink then they put no strawberry on my strawberry Matcha. They didn’t blend it like I told them to.
