Less then impressed when i spend 34$ on 2 sandwiches and they dont even come on the right bread. Which is sad cause usually this place is the only place you can actually count on an actual sandwich showing up not some sad burrito thing. Also dont bother calling they wont pick up! dont even want the food i want the 34$ i wasted on this place.

Half gas station half subway.
Popped in for a quick bite to eat by myself around 8:30 Monday night and I was the only one there.

I stopped in for a quick bite and was initially impressed that my sandwich was ready in less than five minutes. Unfortunately, the card reader was down due to internet issues, which I wasn’t told until after I placed my order. The employee seemed unsure how to handle the situation and repeatedly said she didn’t know what to do, rather than taking initiative. I suggested she contact her manager, who eventually offered to cover the ATM fee, which I appreciated.
However, the lack of communication and problem-solving turned what should have been a 5-minute stop into a 30-minute ordeal. A simple heads-up about the card machine issue up front would have helped me make a different choice. I hope the team gets better support and training for handling these kinds of hiccups in the future.

Customer service and general human decency is lacking as they will straight up ignore you in the drive through. They also continue to change their drive through times from week to week. One week they’ll be open to 10 pm, the next your told they close the window an hour before closing, then they won’t come to the window or even acknowledge someone is there if you come through after 7. In store experience may be different but the lack of consistency and general lack of consideration for the customer in the drive through makes it easy to choose another restaurant to purchase food from.

We waited at the drive through for like 20 minutes and the lady inside walked by us multiple times and then came over and said she would only serve us inside because it’s too cold. Huh? There was no sign posted that the drive thru was closed, so ig she just decided to deny us service because she doesn’t want to do her job. If it’s really too cold through the drive through put on a coat. I’ve worked at this subway, so I know she was just being weird. Really frustrating, the other subway at CNM just straight up ignored us as well.

The female worker Hailey with blue hair was nothing but rude. We had to wait at the window for 30 minutes before she came to the window to help us then when she was helping us she was nothing but snarky, she had horrible customer service she acted like we were an inconvenience to her because we wanted to order food which is her job then we asked to make a separate order and she said yes then proceeded to ring up our orders together and we asked her again to make the orders separately cause we were paying separately the she threw a fit like a child cause we wanted to pay separately.

Employees always look miserable and are rude.
I’m just trying to get food and not attitude. I’m always so kind and nice to the employees even though they are rude. I don’t like confrontation at all. I was standing there and noticed one employee giving me a death glare for no reason. I don’t know her name but she was shorter, brown hair, really pretty, sometimes wears a headband. I’ll go to a different subway if I ever want a sandwich I guess.

I can't believe how expensive subway has become. My daughter like a sandwich with just pepperoni cheese and olives and they charged me 13 dollars for a footlong
