I read the reviews and can hardly believe that this is the same restaurant. They must have had some people quit/terminated because the group they have working lunch/dinner shifts are very pleasant and hard working. I have ordered over the phone and they got the order correct and it was ready when I arrived. If you had a bad experience in the past, I'd say give this new group a chance!
Very hit-or-miss given who's working and when. Staff can be great or bad. Food is equivalent to any other Subway. If you want a Subway sandwich, order in person, online ordering tends to have mistakes.
It's always nice top feel like I'm eating a little healthier when eating out. I don't know if it is healthier or not, but I can easily tell myself I'm doing a good thing :)
