Service was very slow, was only in contact with server to order, quickly drop off food and then for the check. Food was sub-par and came out at different times. The pizza took so long that we were asked if we wanted the check before we even received it, but then after receiving it, noticed it was completely burnt. Our 2 year old nephew did not receive his food until after the long awaited pizza, and his was also burnt.

Ahh another trip to Tap That after 10 months since the last terrible visit. I thought after my last review someone that works there would have trained the wait staff proper etiquette, silly me. I knew it was going to be terrible but we've eaten at Sayuri a few times in a row so time to switch it up. I intentionally ordered the cheapest sandwich on the menu so I wouldn't be as irritated when the bill came had I picked something more expensive. I decided to make a few helpful tips they could try to increase customer satisfaction. 1. Bring the food out for every person at the table at the same time. While they improved their food delivery time differential from the last visit from an hour to ten minutes, it's not an enjoyable dining experience watching your partner eat so their food doesn't get cold while you wait for your food. The food easily could have arrived simultaneously if my sandwich was taken off the panini press 10 minutes earlier, but I do like my food well done just not typically on sandwiches. Blacken the chicken not the bread. 2. Silverware and napkins always help improve the dining experience. For some reason, a basket of wings comes with silverware, but a messy sandwich and fries doesn't. I get it, I'm probably being a snob expecting silverware for a sandwich, I'll just pick up the chicken chunks that fall out of the sandwich with my fingers like a cave man. Maybe that's why the food delivery times are offset, was I suppose to use my wife's silverware since she was already done eating when my food arrived? I need answers.

Consistently poor customer service. Waitress never even brought silverware for my son's boneless wings. I would have reminded the waitress about the silverware but she never came back. My wife's food arrived after an hour, 30 minutes after the rest of the food. Everybody else was done eating (except my son who couldn't eat the sauce covered wings without silverware) and had been for sometime. Sadly this isn't the first time but will be the last. Last time my wife never even got her meal.
10/10 recommend. Spicy cheese curds are perfect and sandwiches are delicous! Staff is lovely and knowledgeable.

Walked in, waited to be seated, and were ignored. No one else in the restaurant except one other table, but the server decided to continue chatting with them instead of greeting us, so we left.

We go here often and notice the pattern. Often times the wait staff is in a hurry to get you out if its even remotely close to closing. They start putting up chairs well before closing. Yesterday we went in at 830pm and he hostess looked at us like what were we doing there. Chairs up on the tables. She asked if we were there to eat and we said yes. She said all we could have is fried food. No pizza. We left disappointed. Very quiet inside, no ambient music, only a couple TVs, one only plays advertisements. Once could assume they really dont want you to stay. Its unfortunate because it has a lot of potential.

I stopped here during an overnight stay in La Grande. I popped in with hopes of a good meal, and I was met with great food and even better service! This place has an awesome menu and pretty much any type of beer you could want. I tried the Big Sky Summer Honey Ale, and it was delicious! The restaurant is placed in a central location in downtown La Grande, and is walkable to many other local businesses.
