I grew up in La Grande and hadn’t been back in 20 yrs. The Liberty Cafe & the Laurel are allowing La Grande to offer a unique dining experience (i.e. something other than burgers). Lovely ambiance, kind owners & waiters. When Idaho is on fire, go to Oregon!
Our favorite date night in town! The best ambiance, thoughtfully curated drinks and perfect variety of both seasonal and permanent artisanal plates. We are so lucky to have The Laurel!
Beautiful setting and delicious food! They offered all their cocktails as mocktails, which were beautiful and yummy! Only downside was that they didn’t have very many filling vegan options and the menu wasn’t super clearly marked with what was dairy free (although they did note gluten free).
