Delicious! Amazing customer service! There's a gal that works there by the name of Patty. She went above and beyond for our lunch today! She is very helpful, explained so much, counted our change back to us and even brought us a mint when we were done with our meal. She was absolutely fantastic!

The workers are really and i mean really nice and the food is made so fast but the bathroom is a little sketchy
The helpful lady at the register inside was oh so helpful. She was forthright in suggesting better deals for us to order. We even went back a 2nd time that day, and she welcomed us back with a smile!!
Parking: It is shared with the McDonald's next door. But plenty of parking, along with their own drive thru
Wheelchair accessibility: The door was of ease and plenty of room for even those in a wheelchair.

Was traveling through and stopped quickly to grab dinner. The restaurant and bathroom looked fine, but the service was so terrible. Cashier named Darlene was yelling at customers when announcing orders without giving them even two seconds to process what was said. Unnecessary attitude. Insane lack of professionalism, and patience.

Waste of money, dont eat BREAKFAST here! It's no wonder they have only 3.7 star ratings. I ordered an English muffin with egg and cheese. The muffin was hard as a rock. I couldn't even eat it and didn't want to eat it. It was horrible!!!! The guy at the window, he needs a personality improvement. No smile. No greeting. Just here you go, now leave kind of attitude. It all comes down to bad management, not making sure good food is served hot with a smile, a hello and a goodbye. The food was just gross. No wonder I was the only one in line. Well not even in line the only one there in the Drive-Thru.

I've been going to this restaurant for close to ten years, For the past four years the service has sucked. Over fifteen cars in the drive through, In nine people in the restaurant. I've tried to eat Here many times and walked away.Because i'm standing waiting to order. Super slow service.

My family and I were stopping in here on our road trip and the front cashier was just totally amazing. My kids are not clean eaters and it had been a long day of travel… she came up with some of the kids toys and came by to talk to the kids and check in with us, one of my kids spilled as per usual and she was happy to clean up and help us stay comfortable. I was super impressed and honestly haven’t had an experience at a Wendy’s like that ever before! Kudos to the lady who helped us!

I got 2 biggie bags door-dashed. The doordasher was amazing! Wendys threw everything in our bag, and all of the food was cold. There was a huge hunk of hair and other little shavings in our burgers.
Wish we had one on Baker City.
