“We like coming here because the service is friendly - food is good quality products - it was our third time cuz we didn’t want to give up coming but first time got fresh cut fries next two times ordered fresh cut got crosscut fries that we don’t care for - crosscut & fresh cut sound too similar …. no apology/oops just “ oh well “comment from server“

“I don't know why so much has changed recently.. we used to love going here. Tonight we even had to go and get our own silverware, (it was NOT very busy) then when we go to pay, they've tacked on an 18% gratuity. Definitely not going back anytime soon. so disappointed.“
