Quick service, delicious food, large portions. It was the PERFECT stop on our way down the mountain from a weekend of camping and snowboarding. 4 kids and 5 adults and everything was exactly as we ordered and so fast. The diner is a truck stop so a great spot for us to get gas, near a train track so of course the kids had a great time eating and counting train cars. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Sat for 40 minutes without even a drink... listening to the staff talk crap about everyone in the place... got ready to leave 3 times without any sign of food at all... not a look or a smile... Old, crusty, mean people... hope they didn't spit in our food.

The food was super good! However, the service was not the best. The lady that sat us took our drink orders, super nice! A Second Lady, came over and asked for our drink orders. We had informed her the drink order had been taken already. She stormed off, brought only water back missing the two coffees and hot chocolate. The coffees came shortly after, but waited awhile for the hot chocolate. One of the people from the table asked about the drink, and the super rude lady popped off and continued talking badly about us for the entire restaurant to hear. You could literally feel the mood of the entire restaurant change. ( I should add this was on an early Sunday morning with two other tables filled. They were not busy at all.) A nearby table stated they have been to 48 states and never had seen anything like that. The hot chocolate arrived shortly after, we apologized and said we were not meaning to be rude. She rolled her eyes and did not say a word and stomped off in her boots. My table and the table nearby complained about her professionalism to the waitresses. Nothing was done to rectify the poor service.

Be prepared, just be prepared because you never know what's going to happen in that hotbed of mess!Example....My boyfriend and I stopped not so long ago to grab a few things as we often do because it is the ONLY place open when we both get off work. As we're buckling up to leave a car whips in right next to us and this lady gets out of her car (the driver mind you) in her underwear and a short shirt and immediately turns and starts mad doggin' me through my tinted passenger window and suddenly she like turns, steps and hops up on to the sidewalk in what seems like one big fast motion and goes into the store to shop. Yes, to shop. She wasn't in a panic, didn't ask for help from anyone in the lot nor did she stop at the counter for assistance. She casually walked down an isle, then came up another isle and astonished at what we just witnessed we pulled out and left. So, be prepared, because you never know what you'll see or what is gonna happen in that crazy place......

This used to be a great place to eat - not anymore. What happened? Went there for dinner and we were told that only fried appetizers and salads were available. A lady came in after we got there and she argued with the cook until he made her a sandwich - which was the most amusing thing to watch. I would have liked soup and was told that they didn't have any. On the way out the cook removed the soup terrines......

pre-pandemic it was an institution! We used to go there almost every Sunday. my last time there we sat for over an hour without getting food and eventually just left, upset. TOTALLY possible that was a bad day where someone didn't show up but I haven't been back since. when it's good it's really good. I'll probably try it again one day. Everyone has off days

The food is good if Preston or Brian are cooking! Now management named Molly? Wow! Poor waitress Erin stayed after her shift to help Molly! When things slowed down]? Only 3 tables and Erin was going to go. Molly in front of me yelled at the girl! I come here often. If management going to act like her? I want to enjoy my meal. Not have a pissed off manager forced to do her job and be pissed about it

We stopped in for dinner, that was our first mistake. We were given menu's by the dishwasher and we sat down. We were told one person called in sick so they were short staffed. We waited over thirty minutes for the waitress. She came over and we asked for milkshakes, she said she would "think about making them, but probably was too busy". We tried to order dinner; she said the cook is only allowing fried foods due to being so busy. There were about five tables filled while we got there, all of which had their food besides one. We accepted that this was not what we wanted, but ordered the fish and chips anyway, all three of us did to make it easy. We were kind and understanding to the waitress, who seemed very stressed. After we ordered, others at another table were ordering non fried foods, because apparently, the cook okayed this for them. They continued to seat people that came in, even though they were too busy to make anything but fried food and were obviously not able to provide decent service. The whole thing was odd. The manager was at the register, did not once help the waitress, cook, or dishwasher. The fish and chips were not cooked all the way through and had large greyish pieces inside. Nobody came back to check on us, only one of us was brave enough to eat it, he paid the price later.... If you know what I mean. I'd warn you to stay far far away. This place should not be in business and should not probably have the health department stop by for a visit.
Best Ham and Bean Soup I've had in years. Better than mine even. My husband's meal was very good as well. I loved the display of handmade wooden toys.

Always dirty! Extremely slow service! I would never ever recommend this place! After the 30 min wait to get helped, food is not worth the wait! Lottery room is dirty! Service is not too friendly! They need leadership and management!

The young worker made disrespectful comments when we were moving to a pump to be closer to where he was working. I tried calling the station to make them aware of their employees comment but they do not answer their phone. We went to another station and will never go back.
