“Excellent Mexican cuisine with a terrific menu and tremendous service. Very friendly and professional. Various dishes have great flavor and served promptly . Specials on the weekend are delicious. Been to many Mexican restaurants and Cinco de Mayo is the BEST in Central Oregon and other states through the southwest. Excellent drinks and the only one around that servers Victoria, a great Mexican beer. One of our favorite restaurants.”

“I had an omelette, sausage, tomato and mushrooms. I cannot say in words how good it was. The mushrooms were sautéed and the sausage was perfectly seasoned. My husband had chicken fried steak and eggs. The hash browns are hand grated. WOW! Huge portions and great service. If you’re looking for a great meal, this place is it in La Pine.”

“Who knew this was her? I've driven past TONS of times. This is a great example of why it's wonderful to get off of the beaten path now and again! Very nice employees. Comfortable and inviting interior. Had a yummy craft beer while we waited to take out pizza back to my friends house. It was delish. The crust is my favorite part, and theirs was perfect. “This was some of the best mac and cheese and key lime pie I’ve ever had. I don’t think the people complaining about price appreciate what goes into this. I can’t believe I’ve lived here for years and just noticed this food truck nearby.”

“This place is a diamond in the rough: a true gem. The helpings were enormous, the service and cook was incredibly kind and quick for the amount of food we ordered, everything was fresh, hot and some of the most delicious Chinese I have ever experienced. You can tell that this is a little family-owned restaurant, and we even had the pleasure of being served our menus and cutlery by the young son, which was too darn sweet. Perfect for a family and perfect if you're hungry! The plates average about $15 a plate, but again, the helpings are more than you're expecting. Well worth the price and we will most definitely return.”

“This is hands down the BEST taco bell I have been to. I think because this is one of the few places open late, they never have tacos go stale. There is usually a packed line of cars and you can expect hot food. All the staff are super friendly and everyone is quick to help/get you in and out. Staff definitely deserve a big shout out. “This place is hit or miss. Needed a quick and semi affordable dinner for visiting family last night, and this was a hit. Previous visits have been a mix anywhere from decent to horrible. This includes food to the way I've witnessed the staff treating each other over the last 12 months. It's not the best pizza in LP, but not usually the worst either.”

“You never know what you are going to get when you stop at a small town diner. Some short order food can be unfit to feed my dogs. Not at Gordy's! Although the food took a little longer to arrive at the table than I would have hoped, it was worth every moment of patience. The cornerstone flavors of butter and pepper and the comfort of a hot breakfast after a cold night were all present this morning. The serving staff was friendly and on point, the atmosphere was mellow and inviting, and the bathrooms were not the worst I've seen. 10/10 will be back”

“A great big THANK YOU to the staff at McDonald's!! We were there a couple weeks ago and it was snowy and icy. My spouse fell in the parking lot and ended up in about 3-4 inches of icy water, I was at her side very quickly and helped her up (she wasn't injured). The staff at the drive thru yelled across the lot and asked if we were needed help (we didn't) and then said "I'll get your order replaced and bring it right out". And she did! By the time were were settled in the car she brought the replacement out. Thank you to whoever you are, your kind action was very appreciated.”

“Was very busy when I showed up, there was a large group waiting for their orders. Staff was doing their best to keep up, I ordered food and 1 large shake. My shake came out way before my food cause they had messed up on the other orders in front of me. Food was ok, not spectacular fries were old tasting. And food was super expensive.”
