The AI that did not run active inventory vs what is on the menu screwed up my order this morning. I am very sorry that I don't remember the lady's name that helped me, but she was awesome and taco bell rarely messes up. She handled the issue with grace and I had no inclination of being upset about the experience.
New AI drive through voice. Took my order wrong. I wanted a chicken quesadilla but it gave me a plain cheese one. But the lady at the window was very kind and willing to talk about AI’s performance with me. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the missing chicken until I was back on the road.
