Excellent customer service today (7 September) at 6:15pm by the two employees on shift. Both were courteous, prompt and professional. You don’t see this much in La Pine so I wanted to acknowledge these two hard workers. Dallas and Austin keep up the good work. Management, please recognize these two.
The food here is always excellent but this review is about the staff and the managers I just want to give a huge personal thank you to every single person that works there including Erica the manager my family had a medical emergency and my son-in-law works there everybody there pulled together to help us out when he wasn’t able to work because he has to watch the four-year-old well my daughter was in the hospital for a solid week I’ve never seen people that have been so kind...read full review
