I ordered the chicken strip basket and no gravy that's no surprise with the lapine store, if you get gravy here it's only a teaspoonful at best if it's not watered down how can a franchise do that are there not company
The food was uncooked, they gave me raw toast and a melted, uncapped blizzard with cold chicken strips. Took at least 20 minutes at the drive thru. When I called and asked for a refund, the supervisor couldn't care less about my complaints. Will never come back. Think the guy's name was Devin or Dennis, a D name, dude had no clue what was going on.

Used to work at diary queen as a chef as my first job loved it. For some reason the workers in la pine are just lazy and make 0 sense. I go to order a burger and ask to add flamethrower sauce. The employee replys "yea I can't do that" which you literally can. It take less than 2 seconds all u do is squirt the sauce on my burger. If I wanted ketchup can I get ketchup? They awere just rude about it for no reason.
