Today, I visited the store and ordered my usual caramel iced coffee. As I entered, I typically felt content, looking forward to my visit. However, the store was bustling with customers, so a lady had to step away from the front to assist in the back. Our experience left us feeling disappointed. We acknowledge that it's fast food and have adjusted our expectations accordingly. However, when we were informed that fresh chicken for our daughter's sandwich would cause a delay in our order, we didn't anticipate the rest of the order being prepared and left waiting while the chicken sandwich was being made.
