Rude older woman slammed down the large cup of coffee we ordered on the counter, then turned her back. No hospitality; no cheerful attitude; no thanks come again. Just basically take your large cup of coffee and get out. We donated the coffee as we left.
A great big THANK YOU to the staff at McDonald's!! We were there a couple weeks ago and it was snowy and icy. My spouse fell in the parking lot and ended up in about 3-4 inches of icy water, I was at her side very quickly and helped her up (she wasn't injured). The staff at the drive thru yelled across the lot and asked if we were needed help (we didn't) and then said "I'll get your order replaced and bring it right out". And she did! It's the only one for miles. It's one of the few places open late and early. It can be a long wait during rush times. I don't think they always have everyone they need inside working.They do offer pickup options through the app. There is a place to eat inside, but they do share with the gas station. It's clean.Would be nice if they'd build a new building with play area.
