“Excellent customer service today (7 September) at 6:15pm by the two employees on shift. Both were courteous, prompt and professional. You don’t see this much in La Pine so I wanted to acknowledge these two hard workers. Dallas and Austin keep up the good work. Management, please recognize these two.“
“A great big THANK YOU to the staff at McDonald's!! We were there a couple weeks ago and it was snowy and icy. My spouse fell in the parking lot and ended up in about 3-4 inches of icy water, I was at her side very quickly and helped her up (she wasn't injured). The staff at the drive thru yelled across the lot and asked if we were needed help (we didn't) and then said "I'll get your order replaced and bring it right out". And she did! By the time were were settled in the car she brought the replacement out. Thank you to whoever you are, your kind action was very appreciated.“
“Was very busy when I showed up, there was a large group waiting for their orders. Staff was doing their best to keep up, I ordered food and 1 large shake. My shake came out way before my food cause they had messed up on the other orders in front of me. Food was ok, not spectacular fries were old tasting. And food was super expensive.“
“This is hands down the BEST taco bell I have been to. I think because this is one of the few places open late, they never have tacos go stale. There is usually a packed line of cars and you can expect hot food. All the staff are super friendly and everyone is quick to help/get you in and out. Staff definitely deserve a big shout out. Keep up the good work (-:“
