“Elated we found a food place that we could go inside and use the restroom as well as get food. 2 gentleman were shoveling snow off the side walks and putting down salt. Used the restroom and they were very clean! Gal inside served our food. All staff were very kind! Thank you, great service!“

“I haven't been to a DQ in decades for more than a Blizzard or cone. Stopped here since I had a coupon while on a business trip nearby & was delightfully surprised by the whole experience. Ordered the burger/fry combo from the coupon & the person at the counter was attentive, helpful & accommodating to a person on the road even making sure that I got a reasonable beverage refill for the road. The burger was BEYOND expectations for the price with every pickle & tomato being expertly placed to hit every bite. Like what?!? It's a DQ!! Fries were plentiful. The presentation, taste, treatment as a customer & overall experience made a lunch on the road perfectly satisfying & memorable. As a person in leadership--a great crew exemplifying company values. I looked up and he was running with my order in his hand. He might be a one man show but he put on a performance. As we were leaving he chased us down to give us limes, with a smile. I will return.“
“This is the best Pizza Hut. My order always looks exactly as expected. When I pick up, people are nice. When I get delivery, it is fast and the delivery drivers are friendly. It is close to home. They have a few parking spots right up front, I've never had a problem parking. They do a great job.“
“I was in a hurry trying to get boys fed for youth group and still get to work. Rushing through the online order to get the BOGO 50 coupon. Yes I'm a thrifty mom especially during these times. When it didn't work I asked and was told he was sorry couldn't without a scan. I went ahead ordered and begged him to cash me out before sandwiches were finished this way I could take off and they could ride with there friends. Seeing my stress he could have been annoyed but instead stopped making the sandwiches and cashed me right out. He said your having a tough time I can try helping you out some. He gave me a customer code and made a huge difference. He then said he hoped might night goes better. Thank you. For all you do for us picky annoying rushing customers. “Best bean burritos I've ever had seriously! Redmond Taco Bell needs to take lessons from ur Madras Restaurant. Redmond branch had no beans last week, pathetic! They even got an easy order wrong today. 3 bean burritos No Onions, oh yea they put onions on it, less sauce & could hardly taste any cheese. Never again!!! Too bad I live 45 minutes from Madras.“
