“The burger I had was outstanding. I've eaten a LOT of burgers in my life, and this was definitely one of the best ones.
It's just a shame that the french fries completely ruined the experience. They were either soggy & raw inside, or burned on the outside. They're attempting thick fries, and it just doesn't land. Some people might be into it, but I was not.

The service was fine, no issues there. Nothing exceptional either.

We went at 11am on a Tuesday, so it was exceptionally quiet. Hard to judge the atmosphere based on my particular experience.

It was expensive by my standards. But so was everything else in Bend, so fair enough.

I'd return, but I wouldn't get fries. I'd sub them for something else.“

“I always have such a great experience at this location! Someone named Marvin helped me at the drive-through and his service was absolutely amazing. He was polite, kind, and made sure everything with my order was perfect. It’s not often you come across someone who provides such genuine and friendly service, and it really made my day.
I also want to give credit to the general manager — you can tell they care about both the customers and the store. They’re always kind and welcoming, and it shows in how clean, well-run, and organized everything is. Overall, this is one of the best experiences I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Everything was good except for the white cheddar mac and cheese and I love that taste great but they totally undercooked the pasta my only suggestion right now is cook it 10 minutes to 15 minutes longer then it will be in the sweet spot where it's actually still chewy but cooked thing about pasta if you don't do it right you have a small window do you have to cook it exactly perfect and you all need to cook it about another 10 minutes at least then it will be just right“

“A young girl named Ariana was very kind she was all alone and I think this is a very important thing and a young beautiful girl like that should never be alone especially on the highway. I was very pleased with my food and she is a very generous girl but with a huge corporation like that they should be monitored or have somebody with her.“

“Best french fries in Redmond and really good fish/seafood baskets. Their burger combos and pricing are much better than McDonald's and their deluxe bacon cheese burger is delicious and fresh with tomatoes, lettuce, onion and pickles.
Don't forget their coney island dogs with chili, cheese and onions.

“Ok it’s McDonald’s, so 5 stars in context.

All the food was hot and made fresh from what I could tell. It tasted like it’s supposed to. Breakfast.

The dining area and restrooms were spotless.

There were kiosks, but the cashier was extremely helpful with my mom who “doesn’t do technology” and rang her up the regular way. She even brought the food to the table.

Conveniently located, obviously- it’s McDonalds. Parking was easy and easy to get back on 97.

So yeah, exactly what I wanted from my stop.“

“Ordered food through Doordash to have delivered. Delivery driver was very nice, and no fault on her that we got the wrong order. My receipt was correct just stapled to the wrong bag. Completely they wrong order and definitely wasn't what I was charged for. Paid for $20 worth of food and got maybe $8.00 worth of food instead.“
