Food is ok but service is slower than molasses in winter.
Nothing special. Maybe I was expecting more, but it was just a hamburger and a shake. Albeit a little overpriced.
I usually don't have any complaints with this Carl's Jr in Redmond. Yesterday was different. I was excited to try their new sourdough burger for a change. I was sadly disappointed. The sandwich was soggy. Including the lettuce, tomato and bacon. The sourdough bread fell apart and didn't taste like sourdough bread at all. The famous star will always be my favorite. I will not order the sourdough burger again. I don't know if it was the cooks error or lack of team effort.

Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. is a clean, well-run, and organized location. The staff provides amazing, genuine, and friendly service. One employee, Marvin, is particularly kind and polite. He made sure orders were perfect, offered extra sauce and napkins, and even gave directions to avoid a highway crash. The general manager is also kind and welcoming, showing they care about customers and the store. The restaurant is always clean and tidy inside. The fried zucchini is almost perfect every time, and it is a go-to spot for a chicken sandwich. While orders are sometimes messed up or forgotten, the staff is quick to fix any issues, and the customer service is great. Overall, it is one of the best experiences, and customers will definitely be coming back.
