Asked for a 10 piece and was given only 8 pieces and it wasn't Original either was given crispy!! And when I pointed it out? They said it was original? They also got the seasonings wrong also
The frustration for me is that I went through the drive through, no one behind me, and was told I needed to go “park out front” because the chicken is cook to order. I said well there is no one behind me so why don’t I wait here. The response was, “it’ll just be a couple minutes so you can wait out front.” When I asked for further clarification, I was told that there’s a timer on my car. I went to this KFC after almost a year…Donovan help me with the Kiosk, the food was great, the new managers in this store are making the right decisions! Keep It Up!
