Alex was cheerful, engaging, informative, and gave us perfect tips for both drinks and eats. He was so pleasant, has a wonderful smile, and made his feel so special! He even put a birthday candle on our beignet order! Besides Alex’s amazing service, our beer was delicious, the food incredible, and the patio a perfect location for an overall enjoyable evening. Oh my goodness, the hummus was to die for! Perfect with our beer flights. It tops everywhere else we ate over our weekend visit, and will be the first place we go on our next trip to Bend. We highly recommend Monkless, and think you’re very fortunate to have such a wonderful employee as Alex, who made our experience there five star!!”

“Best outside, dog friendly seating in town. vast menu to satisfy a large group of different pallette preferences. Servers there are attentive, kind and rock it out so well with such a busy establishment. No wonder why I visit here all the time to meetup with friends. I'm NEVER disappointed when I leave and they really do have the best scones in town.”

I almost hate to give this review because I don’t want this place to get crazy busy but all of us raved about our food and cocktails, they deserve five stars. Serves a flavorful drip coffee which i paired with a citrus & ginger scone. The selection was honestly overwhelming. If i could, i would try one of everything. Mostly couples here but we found space for 5 friends to nosh before shopping. Our point of sale associate was welcoming and efficient as were all the employees we quickly found out! A great Sunday morning had by all!”

“John hit it out of the park with this one. the cocktails amazing. mocktails for my kids they loved it. my 2 daughters requested going there two nights later. they got the pizza and the sourdough pizza dough was so savory. first night I got the summer salad with roasted peaches and burrata, when we went back a few days later I got the tuna crudo with watermelon gazpacho. THIS NEEDS TO BE ON THE MENU!!!!! If you are there and they have this you have to get it. desserts get 1 of each they are delectable. I was lucky enough my daughter's let me have a bite of their sundae and tiramisu. if you have family dinner at home go for dessert at least. They are incredible. the atmosphere was classy, old fashioned but I felt so welcome.”

“Because of a gluten allergy I am always nervous trying a new place to dine. Manzanita recommended a burrito bowl and it was the best I’ve ever eaten. I had the Al Pastor bowl. The meat was tender and perfectly spiced with a slow heat that lingered on the palate. The vegetables were fresh and crisp. The avocado was luscious. The bowl included a seasoned rice and black beans. The portion was huge. I would 100% recommend!!”

“They are the best!!! Perfectly creative drinks, we had the cucumber & wine freeze! I had the chicken bowl and my husband had the falafel bowl. Both were better than anything I can make at home. They are doing such an over the top job with all that has come their way this year. They are exceeding all the Covid restrictions. I’m so impressed with the owner, she is doing all the jobs and still has time to say hi and by to everyone! We are definitely going back again and again.”

“Great outdoor patio space as well as indoor seating. Option to order food/drinks outside on the patio or inside. There are also a couple food trucks in the patio area if you are looking for something to eat other than brewery food. Patio area is dog and kid friendly with a play structure for kids. If you are looking for more of an adult vibe, we noticed that the patio cleared out of families at around 7pm on a friday night. Goodlife makes a nice variety of beers and has guest beers on tap as well as some canned NA beer options or cocktails and wine.”
