Showed up early and they were able to seat us. Our waitress Reily was amazing. Great recommendations. Nice environment. Great food and drinks. Excellent menu. We are in Bend for a month. We will definitely be back to bar rbc.

Bar RBC is a restaurant in Bend that offers a great atmosphere, excellent food and drinks, and an excellent menu. The environment is nice, and the staff is knowledgeable, polite, and amazing, with great recommendations. The steak is always spot on, and every side is killer. The ribeye is one of the best, and the basque cheesecake with caviar is a mind blowing and unique bite. The charcuterie with three good cheeses, amazing zucchini pickled, fabulous meats, bread, crackers, quince jam and more is an amazing cheese plate for only $29. The mushroom mousse was best ever on incredible toast points, and the amuse bouche olives were great too. The Grilled Octopus was fantastic, but they ran out. The cocktails are marvelous, and a jello shot on the menu for dessert is a must. The bartenders and the waitstaff know their stuff. The spot is classy and chill, a true gem in the heart of Bend, but it is a cocktail oriented establishment that needs several Bend beers on draft. The single entrance door that opens only one way must be hell for the staff. Book a reservation at least a week in advance, probably at least two weeks for a Saturday night.
