We had the most amazing experience here! It’s definitely our new favorite Bend hotspot. First of all, kudos to server Alex for the recommendation, and for going above and beyond his job! Alex was cheerful, engaging, informative, and gave us perfect tips for both drinks and eats. He was so pleasant, has a wonderful smile, and made his feel so special! He even put a birthday candle on our beignet order! Besides Alex’s amazing service, our beer was delicious, the food incredible,...read full review
Stand up Belgian beers . Food was great , amazing staff and stunning atmosphere
Our family had lunch there outside on the deck. It was a great time! We loved the fresh beers! I had the Shepplekofaggen and my wife had the Hazy Days. Both were awesome! The lunch that we had was great tasting and hot! The only drawback was no high chairs for our little one! Holding onto him all meal was distracting and potentially unsafe for him. Outside of that, we had a great time!!! Thank you!

Monkless Belgian Ales Brasserie is a highly recommended spot known for its excellent beer, delicious food, and welcoming atmosphere. The brewery offers a variety of Belgian-style beers that are praised for their complex flavors and quality. Visitors often enjoy a flight of beer, which they find impressive and flavorful enough to bring home. The food menu features shareable dishes that are filling and flavorful, including a highly praised pretzel, an indulgent sausage board, and tasty appetizers like roasted Brussels Sprouts with bacon lardons, goat cheese, and balsamic glaze. The braised short ribs with a side of Spätzle are also popular, especially as comforting winter food. The service is noted for being fantastic and accommodating, with friendly bartenders and attentive staff, even handling allergies well. The ambiance is lively, with some reviews mentioning a louder atmosphere, but sitting on the deck is enjoyable. Overall, Monkless Belgian Ales Brasserie is considered a top destination for high-quality beer, great food, and a great environment in Bend, Oregon.
