Wow! This food was SO GOOD! I had the Salmon Sandwich. The salmon was perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy, the sauce was good enough to eat by itself, the bun was toasted just right; and the FRIES! What!? Lick your plate clean! Try the FRY SAUCE! The Chicken & Waffles is a MUST try. Thick slices of a breaded chicken breast, and 2 slices of super thick maple glazed bacon top a fatty waffle, drizzled with maple syrup and a dollop of butter. We are not Belgian beer people. We came in to branch out and expand our horizons. Our server Leo understood the assignment - he welcomed us with open arms. He suggested things that we’d like, and was so excited about our Belgian journey. Plot twist: we liked MOST of the beers in our 8 beer flight. Thank you so much Monkless for being so fun and Leo for being so encouraging.
