Food was a 4.5 out of 5. Only reason it wasn’t perfect is one dish we got was soggy and cold. I’ve read a couple other reviews with basically that complaint as the only negative. Ramen was by far the best I had ever had. The crispy chicken was amazing too.Service: they add a “3% Health & Wellness” charge to every bill. Local friend’s recommendation to come here and he did it steer us wrong. This place had an awesome vibe with incredibly favorable and hearty food. Spicy ramen was exactly what the friends and I needed, along with the steamed buns, and will definitely be returning during our next trip to Bend/Mt Bachelor.

First of all the food is good, and we like it. The staff is friendly, but somewhat unprofessional or just not aware of what is going on. It would be really nice if you could pick up your order without waiting in a long line since the order is ready and paid for, there’s no system in place for this.
