“This place was a dream find. We’re not vegans but wanted to try it because its space and lawn are so cute. The food was excellent, super fresh and extremely tasty. We had the Radiant Roll and the Broccoli ‘cheddar’ soup and a zingy blue lemonade-like cooler. The nori on the roll was so crisp and every shred of veggie and morsel of the walnut ‘meat’ mixture looked like it had just been prepared. The soup was perfectly seasoned, warm and cozy and if you hadn't told me I wouldn’t have thought it was plant based. Juices are listed in a separate area back by the pastry case so we missed those, but next time we’ll try them and the special hot drinks and pastries. The cheesecake looked like a carved marble tablet, so pretty. You can tell that the owner/cook really cares. We left feeling extremely satisfied and healthier than when we arrived! Thank you Salud🩷“

“We had the most amazing experience here! It’s definitely our new favorite Bend hotspot. First of all, kudos to server Alex for the recommendation, and for going above and beyond his job! Alex was cheerful, engaging, informative, and gave us perfect tips for both drinks and eats. He was so pleasant, has a wonderful smile, and made his feel so special! He even put a birthday candle on our beignet order! Besides Alex’s amazing service, our beer was delicious, the food incredible, and the patio a perfect location for an overall enjoyable evening. Oh my goodness, the hummus was to die for! Perfect with our beer flights. It tops everywhere else we ate over our weekend visit, and will be the first place we go on our next trip to Bend. “Such a great space! Nestled amongst a variety of artists and creative spaces is this bakery and coffee shop!
Serves a flavorful drip coffee which i paired with a citrus & ginger scone. The selection was honestly overwhelming. If i could, i would try one of everything. Mostly couples here but we found space for 5 friends to nosh before shopping. Our point of sale associate was welcoming and efficient as were all the employees we quickly found out! A great Sunday morning had by all!“

“Friday night, 6/26, our bridge group arrived promptly at 3:45 for our reservation for 15 people made online. We were told no reservation had been sent by the event table site and other dinner reservations were expected by 5:30. Nevertheless, Scott, the maître d’, recognizing our dilemma, and apologizing profusely for the mishap, asked if we could consider a compromise-the private dining room, two long tables, and our best attempt to enjoy our drinks and meals up until 5:30, which received a resounding “Yes!” We were not disappointed by any means-Scott and our server, Tristan, provided excellent, personalized attention and we all enjoyed a marvelous array of appetizers, cocktails, and amazing sourdough crust pizzas. “Excellent service, helpful staff. Large portions. We went for the buffet, however, we learned it is only open at lunch and Friday, Saturdays. Instead we ended up ordering off of menu and glad we did. My husband isn’t a big Indian food fan and loved his chicken dish. “We needed a quick bite as people were about to get hangry after a fun morning at the High Desert Museum. I had read reviews ahead of time and hoped it would live up to them. We took advantage of the pizza by the slice menu to get quick bites and get people fed. It was all delicious, like really delicious, and great. I usually avoid chicken and bbq pizza because I think it is over the top usually and the chicken is boring. There wasn't another meat option ready so I took a chance. It was so delicious! My wife's veggie pizza had several cloves of garlic, which she said were delicious. Everybody loved every slice they got and the high quality was easily noticed.“

Terry has been making pizza in Bend for 26 years and learned how to make pizza from his family. He has passed down his pizza making skills to his talented Pizza Decorator, Cat, who has taken the art of topping to a new level. Her eye for detail leaves you tasting all of the flavors of the fresh ingredients and wanting another bite! Lindel is a great hostess and can pour a nice glass or mug or your choice.

They have both booth and table seating and a few bar chairs so you can enjoy watching them put everything together and cook it in a unique cicular, rotating oven. Terry skillfully watches and tends the pies and plucks then out at the perfect time.

They have wine, beer on tap, and pop as well as a salad bar. The bread sticks are made from the same dough as the pizza and are seasoned with a nice garlic and parmesan coating.

Take out is easy and they are real good at letting you know when to expect to come by. No delivery but it is well worth the trip here to sit down and enjoy, or pick one up for home.

I have found that the best way to reheat what might be left over is to use a medium to large skillet with your choice of oil/butter and set it to low with a cover. Give it about 10 minutes and check for desired warmth.

“Just so you know - make reservations, it’s easy to do online. Food was excellent. Sweet sausage rice was really good and the Khao Soi curry with brisket was excellent! I saw a couple Reddit comments talking bad things about this place even though most other reviews say it’s really good.

The staff was very friendly, the food came out in about 2 minutes flat. Maybe less than 2 minutes, I thought they must have got the wrong table because of how quick it was. But wow. We will definitely be coming back! I’ll be dreaming about that curry till next time!!!“

“I’m not a big gin drinker personally, but I absolutely love their vodka! It’s some of the best vodka I’ve had personally. It’s as good as it gets, period. It’s obvious they take great pride in making their product and the experience of having a backdrop and soda with a slice of blood orange for me left me wanting more.
