“Went for happy hour just after 3. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a jalapeño margarita and husband had a tamarind sour. Both were happy hour drinks and delicious. For snacks, we had the chips salsa and guacamole as well as the fried cauliflower. All excellent and fresh. This will be on our regular rotation for sure.“
“We visited Tablas while attending a Silver Moon Brewery event. Great menu and we had carnita tacos. The tacos were a little dry but next time we go, we’ll ask for sauce. Great service and will return very soon! “The atmosphere when I walked in the door was immediately comforting. I knew I was in the right place for some deliciousness. Got asada fries and an asada burrito for take away. We were not disappointed. If you are visiting, I recommend you try them. If you live in Bend, you lucky duck, you should eat there often.“
“I finally got a chance to stop by El Super Burrito III for lunch. I was so happy to see the nice crowd of lunch customers. This is the restaurant that had been at the gas station across the street. I always enjoyed stopping in for an authentic Mexican lunch. I had been worried that their new location wasn't as convenient and that it might affect their sales. It is also right across the street from where I buy my dog food so as it turns out it is still convenient for me. They have a beatiful and delicious salsa bar and right next to it are the chips & grilled onions & peppers...amazing! I ordered the all meat burrito. It looks like they use homemade tortillas to make their burritos and the filling for the meat burrito is huge & very moist but next time I'll order a burrito with beans. My grandson says their chile toreadors are to die for! I didn't see that on the menu so it might be something you have to ask for. The guy that works there and takes orders, is hard working and enthusiastic. They even have menudo on the weekends. The restaurant's indoor seating is basic so don't expect anything fancy but the food is definitely worth it & the service is impressive. “Haven't been to the brick and mortar, but the taco truck in the Pilot Butte Taproom lot is absolutely AMAZING. Moved from CA a few years ago and haven't found anything close to Cali taco trucks until today. If you're looking for tons of flavor and spice this is the place! Be sure to ask for the jalapeños, they're grilled with onions.“
“The Camarones Al Cilantro is an absolute must when dining here! The shrimp are cooked perfectly and very tasty. The Alpastor taco is fire...best in town. The Serrano Hot Sauce, it is my new favorite and I would like to buy a bottle for home. “El Sancho catered my daughters wedding at Eagle crest!!They did it perfectly!!Condiments, salads,etc. were self serve. The tacos, with 5 or 6 choices of meat or vegan, were quickly made to individual order and the 100 some guests quickly served with wonderful, hot tacos. No matter what you asked, you quickly got. “Love this truck. The people who work it are great. They remembered me after only a couple visits. I recommend pretty much everything on the menu. If you're looking for traditional Mexican food this is not the right place for you. Its a delicious twist and way less greasy. It always breaks my heart that they close in the winter. “Best breakfast burrito in Bend. There. I said it. Also importantly, they give you an appropriately sized napkin which is durable and up to the task. The only negative I can think of and really this is more of a “me” problem, is that half a Sunrise burrito is not enough but if I eat the whole thing I am not in a good place for a few hours.Recommend plain burrito with your choice of meat add in. Slight preference for ham which is large chunks of country style. Chorizo if I am feeling spicy.“

“I live in Mexico and my girlfriend is Mexican and the other reviews of this place are hilariously ignorant. Re: the girl talking about “authentic” Mexican nachos ? and who can’t tell the difference between queso Oaxaca and mozzarella, and doesn’t know that queso Oaxaca is what they actually put on quesadillas in Mexico. Or the guy who doesn’t know how they cook and chop up the meat and that creates little pieces of cartilage that can sometimes look like little bones.This place is legit and their tortillas are as good and real as any tortillería I’ve had in my years in Mexico. I’m actually kind of shocked by how good they are - it’s very rare to find corn tortillas this good here. The pollo rostizado feels straight out of my neighborhood and I haven’t tried all their food but the menu looks great and totally true to my experiences. “I went there with my husband for the first time and I was surprised with the variety of options they have. I was thrilled to see they have “mojarra frita” deep fried fish, it’s my favorite. I haven’t been able to find a restaurant in Central Oregon that has this on their menu. Not only do they offer it, it was perfectly and evenly fried. Also, the different types of natural “agua frescas” they offer is impressive and they were delicious. I highly recommended them for their authentic menu and very reasonably priced. Nice people.“

“I'm a regular here due to their ability to constantly deliver great food with great spice. If you enjoy a little fire, get the bring the heat plate. The house made salsa is delicious and the fried serranos always hit the spot. The barbacoa taco is a classic and the oaxacan taco is amazing if you love cheese. It isn't what I usually order, but I asked for recommendations and got it. It was fire. The chicken taco had a smokey flavor that was good, and the pork taco was good if a little chewy. I wish there was more sauce to go with them, but I would definitely eat that veggie taco again. It was amazing.The quesabirria didn't have very much range in flavor. “Friendly service, delicious, homestyle mexican food. They split their time between a couple of places - Bridge 99 in Bend, or Legend Cider in La Pine. I've had a few things and they've all been good, but my usual go-to is the Chile Rellenos plate. I've also had their tacos, bacon wrapped shrimp, and a couple other specials. All have been good. I saw a different review saying someone didn't like the carnitas fries, but my only thought on that is maybe try a more mexican-based menu item as those all seem very good.“

Started off with some beverages, chips and two different sauces – green sauce is my favorite! They've got a variety of selections from Peruvian dishes and some classics too. We ordered Carne Asada, Chimichanga with Enchilada, Seco de Pollo, (chicken Stew) and Lomo Saltado, (Peruvian beef dish) and everything was delicious. Been to other Hola's spots around Central Oregon, and they never disappoint. If you're there, make sure to try the Sopa de Pollo (chicken soup) and Chili Relleno.Parking: Lots of street parking with a 2 hour limit. There is a parking garage around the corner East of the Hola's.Wheelchair accessibility: No Steps into the restaurant. They do serve in an area adjacent to the restaurant for more mobility.“
