“An exceptional place for lunch. The food is outstanding with generous portions. We had soup and sandwiches. They were better than what we get at Panera Bread, and I love theirs. The only drawback, for us, was the noise level. As this is a family friendly place, there were smaller kids there. The kids were very loud. We ended up going back 2 days later when we went thru Bend, again. Croutons is a place we will go back to anytime we are in Bend, Oregon. The parking lot is small but the food more than makes up for it.“

“Excellent service, helpful staff. Large portions. We went for the buffet, however, we learned it is only open at lunch and Friday, Saturdays. Instead we ended up ordering off of menu and glad we did. My husband isn’t a big Indian food fan and loved his chicken dish. My lamb was perfect spice I loved that they asked how spicy so I got to choose the level.

“I'm a local and I have been on a taco tour, looking for the best tacos in town. The customer service was phenomenal and the tacos were absolutely delicious. The asada was super flavorful and and not all chewy and gristley. The carnitas was definitely some of the best in town! Great salsas, and their pickled carrots were incredible! 5 stars isn't high enough!“

“Marci at the front register was extremely welcoming!!! She helped us with some of the questions we had and also gave great recommendations of the food options. Cafe Yumm was super clean and organized….even the bathrooms were clean!! I would highly recommend Cafe Yumm because their food was delicious and had a great variety of food.“

“We live 3 hours away, but come to bend a few times a year. My girls love this place and get so excited every time (best boba tea around). The owner is amazing and treats them so well. We stopped for a drink on our way out of town, and they weren’t open for another 43 minutes. We ended up walking around the lot until they opened. That’s how amazing JoJo’s Cafe is. Thanks for putting smiles on their faces.

“They don't clean the room unless you ask. They don't change towels for 5 days, you put them in the hall. Told the desk the coffee maker did not work and they did nothing. Told them the phone handset didn't work and they went hrumph.“

“What an awful establishment. I went through the drive through to pick up food for a business meeting at the Bend, Oregon restaurant. The lady at the drive up window handed me my drinks and bag of food, so I thought. I drive to my meeting and go to grab the bag and only one item is in the bag of the $48.06 worth of stuff I ordered. I had to drive back to get the food where I was greeted by a less than helpful manager, Gretchen, and a so called hospitality manager , Alex McClain. My options were to have them make the food again or get a refund. Mind you I was bringing food to my lunch meeting that I was more late for due to your company. It wasn't my screw up, it was an incompetent employee. No gift card was offered. No here is your food and a refund for your inconvenience, nothing. I wouldn't be writing this is that had been offered. I wasted my time and my gas to go back to get the order fixed that your employees messed up. That was after I paid a ridiculous amount of money for very tiny portions. The Alex lady was even so kind to shoot me a rude look and comment. This is a Christian restaurant? You apparently don't follow any Christian values I know. Your so called hospitality person was probably one of the rudest people I've talked to in a while. She definitely has the wrong job if she treats people like she does. It's unfortunate that companies no longer care about customer service. If I could have given less than one or a negative number above, I would have. You charge way too much money to make mistakes like this and to have rude employees who don't care about the customer. The amount of food I got was maybe worth $20. Below you have the receipt from this horrible experience. From the sounds of Alex though, nothing will be done about it. She didn't care at all and was rude as I walked out as well.“
