“My recent visit to Active Culture left me thoroughly impressed with their delicious gluten-free offerings. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly their açaí bowls, which were not only visually appealing but also bursting with flavor. The açaí bowls were perfectly blended, with a velvety texture and a refreshing taste that made them a real treat. Topped with fresh fruits, granola, and a drizzle of local honey, each spoonful was a burst of tropical goodness.I appreciate the cashier putting gloves on before touching the fruit for my bowls.Aside from the açaí bowls, I also indulged in their gluten-free almond cookies, and they were simply divine. The cookies were soft, chewy, and had a rich almond flavor that was incredibly satisfying. I wish I had purchased them by the dozen. What impressed me the most about Active Culture was their commitment to offering high-quality gluten-free options without compromising on taste.Active Culture is a must-visit destination that won't disappoint. Highly recommended for anyone craving delicious and guilt-free treats!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free açaí bowl“
“Love the vibe, good tasting pastries and friendly staff/crew! The only thing I dislike is the parking spots. sometimes I drove here to have breakfast but the store was closed even though the time says it's supposed to be open and there are a lot of parking spots available. And today, I plan to stop by to have breakfast but there are no parking spots available cause there are some customers who don't know how to park properly. ☹️ So that's my concern. Hopefully share some parking spots with Newport Market (just a suggestion). So my advise to future customers, go to Nancy P's a few minutes before they open to get a good parking spot. ☺️“
“This is my favorite coffee stand in all of Oregon! The baristas are friendly and fast! They remember my order every time I stop by and it makes my day. They have a great assortment of monthly specials and a ton of flavors. Best coffee in town by far! They also have delicious breakfast burritos and donuts, I recommend trying them.Dietary restrictions: I try to steer away from dairy and they always remember to swap for oat milk, if I don’t ask they usually double check. I appreciate the care that goes into making my drink. Many milk alternatives“
“Fantastic food and services. The Oregon Roll is an elevated PB&J, such a perfect food!! Cafe des Chutes is my favorite place in Bend for coffee, chai, and baked goods. I’ve had the pistachio croissant a few times and it’s always amazing. This last time it was a tad over cooked, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying it. You won’t find a better cafe here.Vegetarian options: Great for vegetarians, not great for Vegans“
