“Such a great space! Nestled amongst a variety of artists and creative spaces is this bakery and coffee shop!
Serves a flavorful drip coffee which i paired with a citrus & ginger scone. The selection was honestly overwhelming. If i could, i would try one of everything. Mostly couples here but we found space for 5 friends to nosh before shopping. Our point of sale associate was welcoming and efficient as were all the employees we quickly found out! A great Sunday morning had by all!“

It’s my understanding that there are 2 (new/newer owners) and the one that came to our table to visit was wonderful!!! “Just so you know - make reservations, it’s easy to do online. Food was excellent. Sweet sausage rice was really good and the Khao Soi curry with brisket was excellent! I saw a couple Reddit comments talking bad things about this place even though most other reviews say it’s really good.

The staff was very friendly, the food came out in about 2 minutes flat. Maybe less than 2 minutes, I thought they must have got the wrong table because of how quick it was. But wow. We will definitely be coming back! I’ll be dreaming about that curry till next time!!!“

Terry has been making pizza in Bend for 26 years and learned how to make pizza from his family. He has passed down his pizza making skills to his talented Pizza Decorator, Cat, who has taken the art of topping to a new level. Her eye for detail leaves you tasting all of the flavors of the fresh ingredients and wanting another bite! Lindel is a great hostess and can pour a nice glass or mug or your choice.

They have both booth and table seating and a few bar chairs so you can enjoy watching them put everything together and cook it in a unique cicular, rotating oven. Terry skillfully watches and tends the pies and plucks then out at the perfect time.

They have wine, beer on tap, and pop as well as a salad bar. The bread sticks are made from the same dough as the pizza and are seasoned with a nice garlic and parmesan coating.

Take out is easy and they are real good at letting you know when to expect to come by. No delivery but it is well worth the trip here to sit down and enjoy, or pick one up for home.

I have found that the best way to reheat what might be left over is to use a medium to large skillet with your choice of oil/butter and set it to low with a cover. Give it about 10 minutes and check for desired warmth.

“I had an amazing experience dining here! As a vegetarian, there are quite a bit of options.. we ordered Garlic bite appetizers and Margherita Sourdough Pizza. The bread in every served dish was different yet very soft and tasty. We loved the food and loved the vibe more :) Despite the rush, the staff was very kind, attentive, patient and friendly. No notes. Highly recommend !!“

We had a reservation for a party of 6 and were tucked back in an alcove and there was a party of 8 next to us that was so loud we could not even hear each other talk. The acoustics were rough! Had I realized that it was going to be like that I would have asked to move, it really put a damper on our meal. The restaurant was half empty and why they put two larger parties right next to each other made no sense… there were many open tables that would have given both parties plenty of space.“

“Finding the right desserts for our wedding was honestly one of the hardest parts — we’re gluten-free, and that can sometimes mean settling for options that look better than they taste. Too Sweet Cakes was an incredible find.

We scheduled a tasting just one month before our wedding, and they were so accommodating. Their tasting menu was generous and very reasonably priced, which helped us confidently choose our desserts. We ended up ordering a lemon cream cake along with assorted dessert cups, mini donuts, and mini cupcakes — and everything was completely gluten-free.

The desserts were a huge hit with our guests — many went back for seconds (and thirds!). The churro donuts and chocolate mousse dessert cups were especially popular. The lemon cream cake was truly one of the best cakes we’ve ever had.

This was my very first MOD Pizza experience, and thanks to a team member named JACE, it won't be my last. From the moment I walked in, the service was fast, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.
JACE went above and beyond in every way. As a first-timer, I wasn't sure how the build-your-own pizza process worked, but JACE walked me through the menu, explained the unlimited toppings, and made honest recommendations without ever rushing me. You can tell he takes real pride in his work.
The pizza itself was outstanding — hot, fresh, and made exactly how I wanted it. The crust was perfectly crisp, the toppings were generous, and the whole thing came out of the oven in just minutes. Great quality at a great price, which is hard to find in Bend these days.
The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the entire staff seemed upbeat — but JACE truly set the tone. Employees like him are the reason people become regulars. MOD Pizza Bend is lucky to have him.
