“We needed a quick bite as people were about to get hangry after a fun morning at the High Desert Museum. I had read reviews ahead of time and hoped it would live up to them. We took advantage of the pizza by the slice menu to get quick bites and get people fed. It was all delicious, like really delicious, and great. I usually avoid chicken and bbq pizza because I think it is over the top usually and the chicken is boring. There wasn't another meat option ready so I took a chance. It was so delicious! My wife's veggie pizza had several cloves of garlic, which she said were delicious. Everybody loved every slice they got and the high quality was easily noticed.“

“Fat Tony's Pizza starts with San Marzano tomatoes picked when ripe so the sauce tastes vibrant. I went today for the lunch special for February and had a slice and a salad for $6.00. My beer was on special for $1.00 I ordered the Pepperoni and it turned out that I got Buffala mozzarella with my pepperoni, so I won. My slice was powerfully mouthfilling and my salad was fresh and crisp. High on value but incredibly tasty too. The slice was about 1/3rd the size of a full Pizza. I ate it New York style (folded).“

“The level of pizza coming out of this little truck is absolutely unbelievable. I am pretty well traveled in the PNW, and have eaten at over 12 separate pizza establishments in Seattle alone. This is the 6th place I have had pizza from in Bend, and the 7th in Oregon. Crust; Perfect, blistered just so. Undercarriage, toasty brown and crisp, even after driving 20mins home. Sauce; tart and only slightly sweet from the intense heat of whatever magical wizard oven Bowen has secreted into his truck. Toppings; Dispersed perfectly, and not overbearing (so many places get this wrong). Cheese selection is impeccable. The balance of flavors in both pies I bought were as they should be. After my first bite of the white veggie pie, I had to google Bowen. The second piece of information I gleaned was that he is but 19 years of age. It almost seems impossible. This is the best pizza in Bend, and dare I say all of Oregon, if not the PNW. Bowen, from one pizza junkie to another…. You are absolutely saluted.“

“I have a gluten allergy and Rush’s square is by far, the best GF pizza in town and on my top 10 overall GF pizza. The dough is fluffy, tasty and delicious, a rare description for most GF options out there. I can’t confirm if it’s celiac safe, might need to confirm with the owners, but for me with gluten allergy, I’ve had zero problems.

The pizza is also large, so can easily be 2-3 meals depending on your appetite.“

This was my very first MOD Pizza experience, and thanks to a team member named JACE, it won't be my last. From the moment I walked in, the service was fast, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.
JACE went above and beyond in every way. As a first-timer, I wasn't sure how the build-your-own pizza process worked, but JACE walked me through the menu, explained the unlimited toppings, and made honest recommendations without ever rushing me. You can tell he takes real pride in his work.
The pizza itself was outstanding — hot, fresh, and made exactly how I wanted it. The crust was perfectly crisp, the toppings were generous, and the whole thing came out of the oven in just minutes. Great quality at a great price, which is hard to find in Bend these days.
The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the entire staff seemed upbeat — but JACE truly set the tone. Employees like him are the reason people become regulars. MOD Pizza Bend is lucky to have him.

“Jackson’s Corner has quickly become a favorite. Everything is made from scratch — the sourdough bakery turns out fresh pastries, cookies, and desserts daily…and the in-house pasta program is a standout - pasta is made fresh daily (the rigatoni and pizza are both excellent). They cook seed-oil-free, you can taste the difference, especially with ingredients that are locally and sustainably sourced.

The drink program is just as thoughtful: natural wines, genuinely great cocktails (the Oregon Mule YUM and Bloody Mary - that basically comes with pickled veggies/a salad in it, and one of the better alcohol-free lineups I’ve come across. Happy hour is a great value, brunch runs every day and the salads are consistently refreshing, filling and well-balanced — not an afterthought like at a lot of places.

The outdoor seating is plentiful. They have umbrellas and covered sails so you are always protected from the sun with many shade options.

Whether it’s a quick coffee and pastry or a full dinner with wine, Jackson’s Corner delivers thoughtful, high-quality food without pretension. Highly recommend.“
