“We had great service today. However the halibut was overcooked and the famous chocolate cake was dry and tasteless. I don’t know what has changed, but this used to be my go to restaurant. Tonight I was disappointed.“

Servers there are attentive, kind and rock it out so well with such a busy establishment. No wonder why I visit here all the time to meetup with friends. The service was attentive and friendly without being obnoxious by being overbearing or providing too much information about the menu or steak knife selection. Overall the experience was great and the food was very good. I gave four stars because I've had steaks just as good and comparable service experiences at lower prices than Bos Taurus charges. To be transparent, this was a work meeting and my counterpart picked up the tab, but the menu pricing was a little higher than comparable dinners I've had in the past. I would recommend this spot for special occasions based on the good food and outstanding service.“

Cafe Yumm was super clean and organized….even the bathrooms were clean!! I would highly recommend Cafe Yumm because their food was delicious and had a great variety of food.“

Beyond that though is the vintage feel of yesteryear when girls on skates would roll up and take your order and deliver. That is fun. I wish they had dine in as that is what we would prefer. We had a reservation for a party of 6 and were tucked back in an alcove and there was a party of 8 next to us that was so loud we could not even hear each other talk. The acoustics were rough! Had I realized that it was going to be like that I would have asked to move, it really put a damper on our meal. The restaurant was half empty and why they put two larger parties right next to each other made no sense… there were many open tables that would have given both parties plenty of space.“

“Some of the most authentic German food and beer I have had in the States. The Schweinshaxe can feed 3 people and its delicious. Food: 5/5. Ambiance not so much..Where's the German music? A German bier garten environment with American pop music?? C'mon, German music would be more appropriate... Always played in all other German restaurants I've been to in the US...“

“Had an absolute fabulous sunset dinner date.
Everything was spot on from the delicious hand crafted drinks to delicious dinner great service and a gorgeous view.
No kidding the best fries you’ll find on this earth are upstairs at Pine Marten lodge.
The machine hot chocolate is also a must try on those cold days, it hasn’t changed since I was a kid and always spits out rich chocolatey heaven in a cup.
Views are obviously spectacular, after a fun morning you can always count on coming in and warming up in the cozy atmosphere.
This place is a hallmark of my childhood and I look forward to the many more fry-filled ski days to come🍟

“This is great little breakfast spot! They were super quick and efficient. Despite the restaurant appearing completely full, we hardly had a wait and were served very quickly. It has a very cute, old-timey diner feel. Our server Ivan was attentive and kind. My son had the banana pancakes and said they were the best he's ever had! 10/10 would recommend.“
