“We had great service today. However the halibut was overcooked and the famous chocolate cake was dry and tasteless. I don’t know what has changed, but this used to be my go to restaurant. Tonight I was disappointed.“

Servers there are attentive, kind and rock it out so well with such a busy establishment. No wonder why I visit here all the time to meetup with friends. Medium rare is what I ordered. Its done well.

“I am not a foodie, fine dining expert or chef. In fact it has been a very long time before I finally decided to part with my hard earned money on fine dining. Turns out I have been denying myself a pleasure for no apparent reason. From the moment you walk in , Lucianna greats you warmly on takes you to your table. From there,Jesse takes over by getting your drinks and food selection. The food comes and it’s delicious. Chef Jonny and the kitchen crew put out a wonderful meal. Most of all , thank you Irene. Beyond that though is the vintage feel of yesteryear when girls on skates would roll up and take your order and deliver. That is fun. I wish they had dine in as that is what we would prefer. We had a reservation for a party of 6 and were tucked back in an alcove and there was a party of 8 next to us that was so loud we could not even hear each other talk. The acoustics were rough! Had I realized that it was going to be like that I would have asked to move, it really put a damper on our meal. The restaurant was half empty and why they put two larger parties right next to each other made no sense… there were many open tables that would have given both parties plenty of space.“

“Some of the most authentic German food and beer I have had in the States. The Schweinshaxe can feed 3 people and its delicious. Food: 5/5. Ambiance not so much..Where's the German music? A German bier garten environment with American pop music?? C'mon, German music would be more appropriate... Always played in all other German restaurants I've been to in the US...“

“Stopped by here for dinner fairly late on a Sunday night after we stopped somewhere else that wasn't serving anything but fried food. My boyfriend and I both got burgers and they were super tasty. The sweet potato fries were also some of the best I've had at a restaurant. They had Georgetown Bodhizafa on tap which is hard to find out and about and it's one of our favorite beers. Bartender was friendly and checked up on us often. Recommend this bar for sure!!“

“Perhaps the best breakfast in town. They serve breakfast well into the evening and as someone who loves breakfast but never eats it in the morning i am so grateful! Ian made a bomb eggs benedict. I would put a picture but i already ate it so fast lol. So flavorful and I love everyone here. Very chill vibes and one of my new favorite places to go after work. To top it off they have karaoke on Sundays! Yay“

“This is great little breakfast spot! They were super quick and efficient. Despite the restaurant appearing completely full, we hardly had a wait and were served very quickly. It has a very cute, old-timey diner feel. Our server Ivan was attentive and kind. My son had the banana pancakes and said they were the best he's ever had! 10/10 would recommend.“
