Based on the reviews, Bistro Colette is an amazing place with excellent service and a wonderful ambiance. The food is excellently prepared and delicious. The cassoulet is a comfort food, and the baguette it is paired with is perfect. The croquettes are also perfect. The Coq Au Vin is so delicious, the best ever eaten. The cheeseboard is amazing, and the crème brûlée is delightful. The lemon tartelette is good, but the curd is under-set. The private room is great for events, and the owners and staff are extremely accommodating, gracious, and kind. The wine list is excellent, and the service is superb, fabulous, and very friendly. It is a wonderful experience and a fantastic restaurant.
