Some of the most authentic German food and beer I have had in the States. The Schweinshaxe can feed 3 people and its delicious. . Ambiance not so much..Where's the German music? A German bier garten environment with American pop music?? C'mon, German music would be more appropriate... Always played in all other German restaurants I've been to in the US...
Had the chance to come here for brunch the other day. Fantastic, filling, and unique breakfast foods combined with a collection of cool cocktail options made for a wonderful experience! Ted and the crew here are doing a marvelous job giving Central Oregon the opportunity for great German cuisine. Large patio with fire pits is warm and comfortable amenity to enjoy as well!
I had brunch today at Prost on the patio! I stayed warm with their awesome super hot fire pits while I sipped my delicious gin and apple schnapps cocktail. They cook their over easy eggs to perfection.

Prost! is a hidden gem opened in 2021, offering German food and a wide selection of German beers. The service is top notch and uber friendly, with staff in a good mood that makes the happy mood infectious. The food is a flavor bomb, with stunningly authentic bratwurst, Jaeger schnitzel, chicken schnitzel, goulash, red cabbage, real spätzle, and good pretzels. For something light, try the bitburger beer, or get the cheese soup for dipping. The beer list is excellent, with choices like Franziskaner Weissbier, and the cocktails and wine are also phenomenal. The atmosphere is fun with a sports bar feel, mildly German kitsch, and a small outdoor patio perfect for sunny weather. People enjoy chugging das boots, and it is a good place to watch a game. This is a place to return to again and again.
