The food was terrific. The lettuce and tomatoes were so fresh. The fries were crisp and delicious. Some of the best burgers we've had in a long time. This will be a go to for us when we're visiting. The staff was amazing and the food was great.“

“Just picked up an order I placed online at about 9pm. I know it's just fast food but for my family it's not common. I am impressed! Shout out to the crew that was working tonight! All the food was good and hot, I received everything I ordered and every item was correct -modification and even condiments. Young kid at the window helped me with the app and young girl manager came and assisted with a smile. Good work all around kids! Thank you!“

“Atmosphere 4 stars just because it's hard to rate. Do you enjoy uour own vehicle? Beyond that though is the vintage feel of yesteryear when girls on skates would roll up and take your order and deliver. That is fun. I wish they had dine in as that is what we would prefer. “Five Guys has undeniably good burgers. The seasoning on the meat and the fresh ingredients put them head and shoulders above the rest. I always go for a double cheeseburger and fries. The variety of drink selections is also a big bonus - lots of sugar-free options. Overall, great, but pricey.“

“Burgerville Employees Erik and Jameson made our experience beyond amazing! They took care of us after having a terrible experience with doordash. I called them and they were able to remake my order and have it fresh for us upon our arrival to make up for doordash failing us. Our food was made with some much care! Thank you so much!!!! I appreciate your whole team for working hard and making our order happen for us and having such incredible attitudes about the whole situation. You definitely gained loyal customers! I unfortunately didn't take photos we were so hungry by the time we got our delicious food back to our place.

Long story below about doordash issue
This was my husband's first time having burgerville, I figured we would order it from doordash since it's about 7mins down the road from us and we had a long day. The quoted delivery arrival time wasn't very long.
Unfortunately our doordash picked our order up and goofed off for well over 30mins, we got our order 42mins late. Our Milkshakes were melted and our food was cold. - Crystal L. (Had to use my sister's yelp I don't have one)“
