“Our favorite place to stop for a burger, milkshake and ice cream. The owners are super nice (and dog lovers). Our dog loves their pup cups and is always welcome. We usually stop by once a week during the summer. The order line is always long, but their friendly smile, excellent customer service and great food makes the wait worth it.“

“While traveling over to Bend we stopped by this DQ in Sisters, OR twice. Once going over and once coming back home. We got two of the Double cheese burgers, fries and onion rings. The service is fast and correct, and the food was prepared to perfection and the burgers were meaty. The cooks in the back sure know how and to put together a very tasty burger. “I had an outstanding experience at this McDonald’s thanks to the exceptional customer service from the manager, Veronica. A few months ago, my little brother was on a school field trip and ordered and paid for a 20 piece McNugget. Unfortunately, his school bus had to leave before his order was ready, so he never got the meal he paid for..

When we explained what happened, Veronica took the time to listen and immediately made it right by honoring the order and giving him a complimentary 20 piece McNugget. She didn’t have to go above and beyond months after the original incident, but she did, and it showed that she genuinely cares about her customers.
