The owner is a wonderful woman with a most womderful restaurant! What makes this restaurant so wonderful, you ask? Well, let me tell you - She has created an ambiance making her guests feel.welcome, amd the dancers she hired, the belly dancers, showcase the Beauty and Wonder of Women, grown Women. This is something rare in today's world, and very much needed.

Blissful Spoon & Papillon is a hidden gem in Bend, offering a relaxed atmosphere with impeccable service. The food is delicious and cooked to perfection, with ingredients allowed to shine. Meals include hummus, spicy prawns, beef tagine, olives with feta cheese with Moroccan spice, bacon wrapped dates, and rose ice cream. A seed oil free breakfast and speciality drink are also available. The wine is great, and there is a belly dancing performance. The bathrooms are very clean. Every dish is made with thoughtfulness and care, featuring amazing Moroccan food not found elsewhere in Bend. The staff is excellent, friendly, and kind. It is one of the lesser known places in Bend and a favorite go to after school, though the blissful morning sandwich is missed. Highly recommended for return visits.
